Utilization of the old crusher building 2nd floor up as shredded AFR storage<br \/>\nii. Clearing of unneeded equipment, debris and structures in 2nd floor<br \/>\niii. Provision of retaining wall<br \/>\niv. Structural integrity needs to be assessed based on additional<br \/>\nmoving weight from bobcat \/ mini frontend loader and static weight<br \/>\nfrom shredded AFR weight (density at 250 kg\/m3)<br \/>\nv. Provision of hoppers from 2nd floor to ground floor for truck loading<br \/>\nvi. Removal of beams between the ground floor and 2nd floor to allow access to the truck<br \/>\nvii. Modification at the ground level flooring to allow safe and efficient entry of trucks for loading<br \/>\nviii. Modification of the belt conveyor system including discharge chute of the shredder<br \/>\nix. Installation of sturdy canvass roof at the top of the Old Crusher Building<br \/>\nx. Provision of maintenance bay and extraction bay for bobcat \/ mini frontend loader<\/p>\n<p>Phase II \u2013 Concept<br \/>\ni. Utilization of the whole Old Crusher Building from the ground<br \/>\nfloor to the top as shredder AFR storage with unmanned overhead<br \/>\ncrane operation and dosing hopper for feeding<br \/>\nii. Removal of the whole 2nd floor, internal beams and columns and<br \/>\ninstallation of reinforcement to ensure structural integrity<br \/>\nincluding the existing walls<br \/>\niii. Structural assessment of the whole Old Crusher Building to<br \/>\naccommodate the additional moving load of the overhead crane<br \/>\nincluding its beams for travelling and static load from dosing<br \/>\nhopper (apron feeder)<br \/>\niv. Provision of retaining wall<br \/>\nv. Modification at the ground level flooring to safe storage of<br \/>\nshredded AFR<br \/>\nvi. Modification of the belt conveyor system<br \/>\nvii. Installation of roof at the top of the overhead crane<br \/>\nB. Item #2 \u2013 Platform building extension concept<br \/>\ni. Extension of the existing Platform Covered Storage 20-meters<br \/>\ngoing towards the gate and maximize the east side space<br \/>\nii. Roof height, at the minimum, should accommodate the highest reach of the backhoe<br \/>\niii. Soil investigation is needed to confirm soil bearing capacity<br \/>\niv. Number of bore holes and locations should be specified in the proposal<br \/>\nv. Installation of four-meter-high retaining wall in specified areas<br \/>\nvi. Fabrication of three-meter-high movable concrete walls<br \/>\nvii. Assessment of the removal of the central column<br \/>\n<strong>Soil investigation within Geocycle Platform Building<\/strong><br \/>\ni.
